Processors & sub-processors
We rely on Clerk (authentication), Convex (database & hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting/CDN). A current sub-processor list and Data Processing Agreement are available on request.
Cookies
Cascabel uses only strictly-necessary cookies (authentication/session via Clerk). Fonts are self-hosted, and we set no advertising or analytics cookies — so no consent banner is required.

You can access, export, and erase your workspace data directly from Settings → Data & Privacy, and you have the right to rectification, restriction, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
